If any of our grades 4-6 music students are feeling rusty, follow the link below to practice some of the treble clef note identification we’ve worked on in class. It will give you two minutes to recognize as many notes as you can. For this exercise, you will only be dealing with notes that fall within the staff.

It’s a little too quiet in the makeshift music room. I’m missing the voices of our K-6 music classes, so I decided to try out a tune that has been a popular choice in the MSCS music room.

I sent this song to my 6-year-old niece in Ontario, and thought I’d pass it along to the students at Mount Stewart as well. It’s not one of more frequently heard songs from the music room, but I’ve broken it out a few times (it’s so fun to play!).
